I have items in my basket but your checkout says you do not ship to my address, why is this?

If you have items in your basket from the UK store, unfortunately, there won’t be a US shipping options. Please only choose items from this page (or our subscription box).

I have two items in my basket, why am I being charged $ 39.90 USD shipping?

Our shipping rate (of $19.95 USD) is per box or bundle. Regrettably, we cannot offer any discounts on bulk shipping.

The shipping rate (at $19.95 USD per bundle) seems quite
high, why is this?

Sadly, international shipping is just very expensive these days. We’ve done our best to keep the cost down, but to get a reliable and quick service, it costs. We really didn’t want to compromise on our customer experience.

How long does shipping to the US take?

It takes 1-2 working days for us to process your order and we usually expect parcels to have arrived with you in 5-7 days. We are reliant on the efficiencies of the couriers, so please allow two weeks from order before contacting us.

Please note; we are a small family business with a young family. We will do all we can to get back to you in a timely fashion, but please bear with us if you have not heard back from us straight away. While we are not officially open over the weekend, we do monitor emails for urgent enquiries and will prioritise them. We do not have a customer service phone number.
