Please note; we have upgraded our courier to UK Mail for the remainder of the Christmas and New Year Period. No new orders will now be sent via Royal Mail.

Please note that some Royal Mail parcels have been taking 10-15 days to arrive.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that Royal Mail have a series of strikes planned over the festive period which could result in your parcels taking longer than expected to arrive. At present, the strike dates are as follows:

DECEMBER: Friday 9th, Sunday 11th, Wednesday 14th, Thursday 15th, Friday 23rd, Saturday 24th (Christmas Eve)

If you have an issue with your delivery, please get in touch with us. We will do everything we can to help track down your parcels but, ultimately, we will be in the hands of our couriers. Please place your orders early to give us the best chance of fixing things should anything go wrong.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at enquiries@haypigs.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for the costs of returning the item(s) to us unless your item has arrived faulty or was incorrectly dispatched by us.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at enquiries@haypigs.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
