VENDOR INFORMATION

Introduction

In order to be as fair as possible, we will be operating a first come, first serve policy, but may reserve some plots for headline sponsors. There is plenty of space available, so we’re hoping to get as many people in as we can!

The following stands are available:

£75 + VAT – Outdoor Rescue Pitch* (3m x 3m)

Includes a water resistant gazebo with optional side walls and two event tickets (including park access). This pitch is exclusively for welfare organisations, rescues and charities, providing an opportunity to raise awareness, promote adoption, and connect with the community. Please note; this is a space only, you will need to bring your own furniture (e.g. table, shelving etc).

Note: Plots can be shared, please contact us if you'd like to discuss this option.

£250 + VAT – Outdoor Vendor Pitch* (3m x 3m)

Includes a water resistant gazebo with optional side walls and two event tickets (including park access). Ideal for vendors selling guinea pig–related products, this outdoor space offers a dedicated 3m x 3m area to showcase and sell your merchandise. Please note; this is a space only, you will need to bring your own furniture (e.g. table, shelving etc).

£300 + VAT – Indoor Vendor Pitch

Includes a 2m long table and two event tickets (including park access). Located inside the event space (a large ‘stretch’ tent), this option provides a sheltered setting and a table setup, perfect for retailers, artists, and specialist suppliers. Please note: this space includes a 2m table only. There is space behind the table for roller banners, but you will be restricted to the 2m table width (there’s sadly no guaranteed room either side for additional stock / banners etc).

£££ (Please enquire) – Headline Sponsor Package

Includes two event tickets (including park access). This premium package offers prominent brand visibility, recognition as a key event supporter, and enhanced promotional opportunities before and during the event.

*Please note that the gazebos provided are weather resistant but are not fully weatherproof and may not offer complete protection against heavy rain, strong winds, or other adverse weather conditions. While, in the event of adverse weather conditions, we have procedures and safety processes in place to follow, vendors remain solely responsible for the safety, security, and protection of their own stock, equipment, and personal belongings at all times.

Frequently asked questions

VENDORS: How will vendor locations be allocated?

In order to be as fair as possible, we will be operating a first come, first serve policy, but may reserve some plots for headline sponsors. There is plenty of space available, so we’re hoping to get as many people in as we can!

VENDORS: Do we have to be a guinea pig business to have a stand?

We are trying to keep the vibe as ‘guinea pig’ as possible so please consider whether you’d fit in with that. Please note that catering will be supplied by Jimmy’s Farm & Wildlife Park.

VENDORS: When can we set up?

Vendors are invited to set up their stalls on Friday, 24th July (between 10am and 5pm) and Saturday, 25th July (between 8am and 9.30am). Doors will open at 9.30 on Saturday, so we ask all vendors to be set up and ready by then. Due to time restrictions on the Saturday morning, we would encourage vendors to arrive the day before to set up as much as they can ahead of the morning start. Please note; for security reasons, no stock can be left outside (in your gazebo) on Friday night. If you are leaving stock overnight, we will provide a space within 10-15 meters of your stand, for this stock to be stored and locked away. It can then be moved onto your stand in the morning.
All vendors must ensure that their stock and merchandise is fully removed from the site by 6:00pm on the Saturday evening.

VENDORS: What is the set-up and off loading access?

We will provide facilities for easy loading and unloading. Vendors and visitors can access designated drop-off areas near the event entrances, allowing equipment, stock, and personal belongings to be unloaded conveniently before moving vehicles to the main car park. Event staff are typically available to guide traffic and assist with logistics during busy periods.

What’s included in the event tickets?

Event tickets include full access to both Piggy Fest and all general admission areas of Jimmy’s Farm & Wildlife Park, allowing guests to enjoy the event alongside the park’s attractions and facilities throughout the day. All vendor's will recieve two free tickets.

When will the festival start and finish?

Piggy Fest will begin when doors to the park open at 9.30am on Saturday morning. The festival will close at 4pm but Jimmy's Farm & Wildlife Park will remain open until 5pm.

What price will the tickets be?

Tickets will be priced at £25 for adults, £20 for children, students and disabled guests. Senior (over 60’s) are priced at £23.50 and free for under 2’s.

Who will be at the event?

The Piggy Fest - Guinea Pig Festival event will be open to all visitors with a park ticket for the day (including the general public and guinea pig super fans!).

What does Jimmy’s Farm & Wildlife Park have to offer?

Visitors to Jimmy’s Farm & Wildlife Park can explore over 100 different animal species and breeds, from rare-breed farmyard favourites to exotic residents like capybaras, crocodiles and polar bears.
