International Shipping Announcement

It is with great sadness that we have had to make the decision to remove our international shipping from haypigs.com. There have been a number of factors that have led us to this decision but essentially, we have not been able to get any form of reliability from our international couriers, with too many parcels going missing, being delayed for months in transit or being stopped by customs.

Clearly the knock-on effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and Brexit have created prolonged global supply chain issues. Sadly, it doesn’t appear that things will be settling down anytime soon and we cannot afford to keep subsidising soaring courier prices, particularly given the poorer service levels we have been experiencing.

We don’t yet know if this will be a permanent arrangement, but for the foreseeable future we will have to limit deliveries to UK addresses only. We are sorry for any disappointment this may have caused, it was not an easy decision to make.

Please note; our own-brand HayPigs! products are available on Amazon.com (in the US) and have returned to Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.es and Amazon.it (in the EU).
